WOMEN'S ANGER MANAGEMENT: with Lisa Hindes, LCSW
"Unlike men, women's anger is unique because of the tendency to seethe with anger, hold it in, let it fester and then explode.
Some women get to the explosion phase quickly, but frequently women keep their anger inside before the emotion erupts outwardly. In addition, women's anger is commonly a mask for depression and anxiety. I work with individuals in a one on one session utilizing an anger management curriculum."
